CitiPhone and Type-Talk

We have made some changes to our services for the deaf and hard of hearing and now offer a service known as Type-Talk available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Royal National Institute for the Deaf (RNID) manages Type-Talk. You need a text phone to use this service, which allows you to 'type' your conversation and receive your responses in text. To use this service, please choose one of the following numbers:
